Perfect。 Story: ★★★★★ Art: ★★★★★ There were a few elements of this volume that made it inspirational to me。 First of all, Sakisaka's work is phenomenal。 Her faces, especially those eyes, are as impressive as they are emotive。 The girls are beautiful and the boys are handsome—both genders rendered distinctly and skillfully。 Sakisaka clearly studies the human form。 Secondly, the story has captured me completely。 I've seen step-sibling storylines in manga before。 They're a shoujo trope。 However, th Perfect。 Story: ★★★★★ Art: ★★★★★ There were a few elements of this volume that made it inspirational to me。 First of all, Sakisaka's work is phenomenal。 Her faces, especially those eyes, are as impressive as they are emotive。 The girls are beautiful and the boys are handsome—both genders rendered distinctly and skillfully。 Sakisaka clearly studies the human form。 Secondly, the story has captured me completely。 I've seen step-sibling storylines in manga before。 They're a shoujo trope。 However, this one was handled deftly with a sensitive touch。 The relationship is treated more as a complication than a scandalous titillation。 However, my favorite storylines always involve Yuna。 What an amazing character she is。 She is shy and insecure, but since she is tired of her static life, she makes decisions that create change。 She more than Akari moves the story forward。 Thirdly, the slice of life stories by Sakisaka that fill the ad spaces in this volume are wonderful。 They reveal cute details about Sakisaka's life while being entertaining in their own right。 I wish my journal entries were half as entertaining。 。。。more

The biggest detractor from this volume was honestly Akari。 She was kinda insufferable through the whole thing。 I understand that she was having a hard time dealing with things as well, but she really should've just let Rio say his piece, and then reject him, that way everyone can try and move forward properly。 Forcing him to bury his feelings is really wrong, especially since she already knew how he felt about her。 I also didn't appreciate how she was avoiding Yuna, making her think that she did The biggest detractor from this volume was honestly Akari。 She was kinda insufferable through the whole thing。 I understand that she was having a hard time dealing with things as well, but she really should've just let Rio say his piece, and then reject him, that way everyone can try and move forward properly。 Forcing him to bury his feelings is really wrong, especially since she already knew how he felt about her。 I also didn't appreciate how she was avoiding Yuna, making her think that she did something wrong to Akari。 The best chapter was the last one, purely because of how wholesome and adorable it was。 。。。more

Tengo un conflicto con la trama de este tomo, por un lado entiendo al final cómo actúan, pero igual hay cosas que me hubieran gustado de otra manera, no sé la verdad。Que buen sueño ese。

All I can say is that I am really happy that the curtain is finally closing with the conflict and subarc that has been pushing the series up until this point。 There is resolution here, and the it ended with a cliffhanger that has me SO HAPPY。 The initial tension wasn't bad, but I was really ready for it to end。 I already know the next volume will be great。 Overall, 3。8 but rounding up to 4 stars。 All I can say is that I am really happy that the curtain is finally closing with the conflict and subarc that has been pushing the series up until this point。 There is resolution here, and the it ended with a cliffhanger that has me SO HAPPY。 The initial tension wasn't bad, but I was really ready for it to end。 I already know the next volume will be great。 Overall, 3。8 but rounding up to 4 stars。 。。。more

This series is getting better with the handling of the step-sibling romance。 I like that there's some backstory on what happened between Rio and Akari。 This series is getting better with the handling of the step-sibling romance。 I like that there's some backstory on what happened between Rio and Akari。 。。。more

Ok I'm really enjoying this so far, but I'll be honest in saying I'm not loving Rio's actions in the last few volumes。。。 But that little twist at the end saves it for me and I'm enjoying the new turn this story is hopefully taking! Would liked if te feeling development didn't come right after she changed her appearance。 Makes this seem shallow。 Would liked if te feeling development didn't come right after she changed her appearance。 Makes this seem shallow。 。。。more

3。5/5。 Forgot to add this when I read it in 2020, oops haha。 The ending made this volume for me, but most of it was just fine。 The other volumes really pick up and are very good :)

Chapters 13 - 16: I am really enjoying this series so far and how the story and various characters are developing。 I am also looking forward to seeing what happens in the next volume, especially after how this volume ended。

Still such a cute story and one of my favorites。 Definitely going to pick up the next volume soon

Mixed feelings about this volume。 I enjoying very much to follow Yuna steeping out of her box and standing for her feelings, like how the relationships are being treated。 On the other hand, Rio and Akari’s conflict about lying to everybody about being siblings and the way the others students reacts to this bothered me because, in my opinion, it wasn’t that big deal。 Overall, despite this issues, the good parts stranded out for me。

Yes, Rio, fall for her! 😏I don't care about Kazu and Akari tbh。 I'm hyped for Yuna and Rio! (because Yuna reminds me of myself。) Yes, Rio, fall for her! 😏I don't care about Kazu and Akari tbh。 I'm hyped for Yuna and Rio! (because Yuna reminds me of myself。) 。。。more

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 That guy from the goukon was a complete ass - complaining that Askari shouldn’t make guys fall in love with her if she didn’t like them。。。。what? Who made you fall in love? Sorry if she’s just so charismatic that you fell in love in one meeting 🙄Looks like Rio has made a breakthrough and is slowly seeing Yuna differently。。。。
